Gaun pengantin Lee Bo Young dibuat oleh tak lain dari teman lamanya yang seorang desainer yakni Ji Choon Hee.
Agency Lee Bo Young menyatakan, "Kami tidak tahu persis rincian pada gaun yang di pilihnya [Lee Bo Young] karena itu adalah keputusan pribadi, tapi kami sadar bahwa desainer Ji Choon Hee membantu untuk upacara pernikahan."
Aktris ini selalu menunjukkan dukungannya untuk Ji Choon Hee sebagai tamu selama fashion show, dan desainer telah membalasnya dengan membuatnya gaun pengantin. Tunangan Ji Sung ini sebelumnya juga menyebutkan bahwa ia memilih gaun sendiri.
Lee Bo Young dan Ji Sung akan menikah di Sheraton Walkerhill Hotel di Gwangjangdong, Seoul akhir pekan ini pada tanggal 27 September 2013 pukul 6 sore KST. Calon pengantin ini juga meluncurkan undangan pernikahan mereka.

Lee Bo Young's agency stated, "We don't know the exact details on the dress that [Lee Bo Young] chose because it is her personal decision, but we are aware that designer Ji Choon Hee is helping out for the wedding ceremony."
