Actresses Uhm Jung-hwa, Jo Min-soo and Moon So-ri are starring in the movie "The Law of Pleasures" which is the Korean version of "Sex and the City" about the love and work of women in their 40's.
Uhm Jung-hwa who was successful in her past two movies "Dancing Queen" and "Montage" was chosen for a part in this movie right away. Jo Min-soo who is now considered an international actress for her part in the movie "Pieta" also fell for the scenario. Moon So-ri from the movie "An Ethics Lesson" is also a part of this.
"The Law of Pleasures" is the work of Lee Soo-ah-I who won the Grand Prize at the 1st Lotte Scenario Contest last year. Production is done by Myeong Films which also produced "Architecture 101" and "Leafie, A Hen Into The Wild". Distributor Lotte Entertainment claims, "The quality of the movie is high enough to be chosen as the best out of 1,400 movies exported last year".
