Pada sore hari tanggal 18 Oktober 2013, aktor itu menghadiri acara outdoor sebagai model dukungan dari merek pakaian Jambangee untuk membangun kedekatan dengan fans . With word getting out, the whole area was soon flooded with fan girls and drama lovers who were eager to see this charming actor in person. Although the sight of the crowd could have been overwhelming, Lee Jong Suk thanked each fan one by one as they came up to the table and shook hands with them as well as signing autographs, never losing his smile.
