Setelah terlibat dalam kecelakaan mobil, Jung Jin Woon 2AM akan menjalani operasi darurat.
Menurut Big Hit Entertainment pada tanggal 7 Oktober 2013, mobil Jung Jin Woon menabrak truk seberat 25 ton malam 6 Oktober sekitar pukul 11.30 AM (KST). Dia kembali dari tampil di Hallyu Dream Concert di Gyeongju.
Kecelakaan itu membuat pergelangan kaki kanannya patah dan terluka sekitar 10 sentimeter,membuat dia harus menjalani operasi darurat pada 7 Oktober. Juga terluka di tempat kejadian adalah manajer dan salah satu anggota staf lain, yang sedang dirawat karena luka-luka mereka.
Perusahaan mengatakan bahwa mengingat skala kecelakaan, orang-orang di dalam mobil itu tidak terluka parah. Setelah CT scan, Jung Jin Woon akan masuk ke dalam operasi.
Dia sekarang dirawat di Medical Center Samsung.
Tidak jelas apakah ia dapat melanjutkan jadwalnya .
